desa55 Terms & Conditions

To register and maintain an active account on the desa55 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services in your jurisdiction.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order placed with desa55 or any gaming regulatory authority.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of desa55 or any of its associated game providers or service partners.
• You must not be attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law.

By registering, you confirm and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false eligibility information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

Each Player may register only one account on the desa55 Platform. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national identity number (NIK), residential address, valid email address, and a mobile phone number registered in Indonesia.

Upon submitting your registration, you will receive a verification communication to your registered email or phone number. Your account will not be fully activated until this verification step is completed. desa55 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other individual to access your account.
• You must notify desa55 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• All activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorized such activity.
• Account usernames must not be offensive, misleading, or impersonate any other person or entity.

All financial transactions on the desa55 Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). desa55 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the selected payment method and your account tier.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance within seconds for e-wallet transactions and within 1–5 minutes for bank transfers, subject to the processing schedules of the respective financial institution.
• desa55 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• desa55 reserves the right to request proof of payment for any deposit at its discretion.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–24 hours during normal operational hours (WIB, UTC+7).
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the desa55 account.
• Before your first withdrawal, you must complete the KYC verification process as described in Section 8.
• desa55 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged for unusual activity.
• Bonus Funds that have not satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal and will be removed from your balance upon a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside business hours (including Indonesian public holidays) may experience processing delays of up to 24 hours.

desa55 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions stated at the time of each individual offer.

• Bonuses are available to verified Players aged 21 or older who have completed the account registration process.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering Requirements must be fulfilled within the time period specified in the individual bonus offer. Unfulfilled bonus balances will expire and be removed from your account upon the expiry date.
• Certain games may be excluded from or contribute at a reduced rate toward meeting Wagering Requirements. Eligible games and contribution rates are listed in each offer's terms.
• desa55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including through the use of multiple accounts, will be voided and the relevant account suspended.
• Minimum odds requirements may apply to sports betting bonuses. Bets placed on odds below the specified minimum will not count toward Wagering Requirements.

The desa55 Platform hosts a comprehensive range of gaming products, including sports betting (covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, and international competitions), live casino games, slot gacor (high-payout slots), togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), virtual sports, crash games, and specialty products. Each product category is governed by its own specific Game Rules, which are accessible within the relevant game interface.

• All bets are final once confirmed. desa55 does not accept requests to void, amend, or cancel a bet after it has been placed, except in circumstances where a manifest error has occurred.
• desa55 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published erroneously due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or bet, the decision of desa55 shall be final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in Section 14.
• For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, if one or more selections are voided, the bet will be recalculated using the remaining valid selections. If only one valid selection remains, the bet will be settled as a single.
• Live betting markets may be suspended or closed by desa55 at any time without prior notice, particularly during significant in-play events or in cases of suspected match irregularity.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per event, and per day. Players are advised to review current payout limits within the relevant sports or game section before placing large wagers.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the desa55 Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to evade account restrictions by registering on their behalf.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game, particularly live casino or peer-to-peer games.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or loopholes in games or the Platform's infrastructure to gain undue winnings. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, including through the use of promotional offers, that has no genuine recreational gaming purpose.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform through a VPN, proxy, or other means of IP masking for the purpose of circumventing geographic or account restrictions.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing desa55 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

desa55 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with international anti-money laundering and responsible gaming standards. KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any time at desa55's discretion.

To complete KYC verification, you will be required to submit clear copies of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's license (SIM) — must display your full name, date of birth, photograph, and a document number.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the past three months, displaying your name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used to deposit funds.

desa55 will process KYC documents within 1–3 business days. Withdrawals will be placed on hold during the verification period. If verification cannot be completed due to insufficient or fraudulent documentation, desa55 reserves the right to close the account and return verified deposits to their original source after deducting any winnings generated from those funds.

The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the desa55 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions and forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Key points regarding your data include:

• Your personal data is collected solely for the purposes of account operation, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and regulatory compliance.
• desa55 employs industry-standard SSL encryption and access controls to protect your data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
• Your data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with trusted service providers (such as payment processors and KYC verification partners) strictly on a need-to-know basis.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to desa55's legal and regulatory obligations to retain certain records.

All content on the desa55 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of desa55 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational gaming purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from desa55.
• The desa55 name, logo, and associated brand elements are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
• Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, and Spribe) remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to their own licensing terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, desa55 and its directors, officers, employees, and service partners shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services due to technical failures, maintenance, cyber attacks, or circumstances beyond desa55's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Any financial loss arising from your reliance on inaccurate odds, game outcome data, or promotional material that contained a manifest error.
• Any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any loss arising from decisions made in connection with gaming activity on the Platform, including decisions influenced by bonus terms, game results, or betting markets.

In all cases where liability cannot be fully excluded, desa55's total aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

desa55 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• A Player's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Regulatory or legal obligation requiring desa55 to restrict access to specific accounts or jurisdictions.

Upon termination for a breach of these Terms, desa55 reserves the right to void any pending bets, forfeit Bonus Funds, and withhold real-money balances pending investigation. Where no breach is established, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 3 business days, after which any remaining verified balance will be paid out in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

desa55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, desa55 will notify registered Players via email to their registered address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform at the time of login.

The updated Terms and Conditions will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

desa55 recommends that Players review these Terms and Conditions periodically to remain informed of the current provisions governing the use of the Platform.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of desa55's international licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — including its validity, breach, termination, or enforceability — shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the competent arbitration body in that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent desa55 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests, including in cases of fraud, intellectual property infringement, or data security breach.

Players in Indonesia acknowledge that online gaming regulations in Indonesia are subject to change. It is each Player's individual responsibility to ensure that their use of the desa55 Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction at all times. desa55 does not provide legal advice and makes no representation regarding the legality of online gaming in any particular jurisdiction.
